Abdulaziz Abdulmohsen Bin
Hassan CEO
Abdulaziz started his career as a lawyer then
moved to the banking industry in early 1993 at
Riyad Bank as corporate dealer in Treasury
group. He Helped Build productive client
relations, and handling asset management for
high net worth individuals. In mid 1994, he
joined Saudi American Bank (SAMBA) treasury
department in their marketing unit. In 1997 he
moved to the Foreign currency money market unit
where he Maximized performance of the foreign
currency book.
In 2001 he became the Head of capital markets
& Money Market Foreign Currency, Improving
the performance of bank assets and liabilities
in foreign currency books. In 2004 he moved to
the Alternative Investments Division where he
oversaw alternative investments, Developed and
implemented dynamic asset allocation strategies
in hedge funds, monitored performance of
managers and reported to SAMBA’s executive
management.
In 2006 he moved to BANK MUSCAT, Riyadh, Saudi
Arabia as Vice
President & Head of Treasury helping
establish Bank Muscat’s operations in Saudi
Arabia as a new Islamic bank in the Kingdom.
Abdulaziz was responsible for setting up all the
banks business & products.
Nada Al-Eidi
Nada started her
carrier as Payroll and Employee Benefits
Supervisor in the finance department of (KFSH&RC)
King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research
Center for the period from October 1987 to
September 1998 responsible for all the employee
related salary and benefits payments which reach
75% of the total hospital budget.
In November 1998 Nada
joined the (AGFUND) Arab Gulf Program for the
Support of UN organizations as Director Total
Quality Department. Nada’s
responsibilities included total quality
management and internal audit functions. During
her tenor Nada audited all of the investment
transactions, as well as other financial
transactions and projects payments.
Omar Abdullah Al-Sabti, CPA,CFA,CMA VP,
Asset Management
Omar has over 18 years of banking, financial
services and investments experience, with
profound knowledge of portfolio- and
asset-management.
Omar had worked for four years in Saudi British
Bank as a corporate relationship manager. And
then spent more than 8 years working for Samba
Financial Group in different department e.g.
Private equity, Treasury, alternative investment
and finally in Asset Management as a Fund
Manager for the GCC Funds.
Before joining Saudi British Bank, Omar was
working in SIDF for about six years as an
accountant then promoted as an auditor.
Mohammed Hamad Al-Suliman VP, Operation &
Support Services
Mohammad has over 10 years of IT & operations
experience. In 2000 he joined National
commercial bank, where he focused on the
implementations of IT services & support
procedures.
In 2003 he started with Saudi British Bank (HSBC)
as their Office Automations Projects Manager –
Information Technology Division. In 2004
Mohammed joined Arab National Bank to head their
Decision Support Systems unit, and Investment
Services Group Systems.
In 2005 Mohammad moved to Jadwa establishing
team as head of Business Systems Development,
finally Late 2007 Mohammad Joined Arabian
Capital as Vice President Operations &
Support Services leading the establishment of
organization logistics and infrastructure
requirements such as IT, Operations, HR,
Customers support, Administration & Premises
Fouad Hamad VP, Brokrage Services
Fouad
has (15) years of experience in the banking
industry. Fouad joined SAMBA on August 1993, and
he played a major role in the growth of the
Brokerage Division, enhancing SAMBA’s leadership
position in the Saudi market. Fouad held the
position as Head of Local Shares Division in
SAMBA, with asset under management worth of SR
(20) billion.
Fouad’s major achievements include the launching
of the new Tadawul migration project as the
first bank in the Kingdom and introducing and
launching the first eTadawul system in the Saudi
Stock Market. He joined Bank AlBilad in May 2004
in the capacity Head of Brokerage Services,
establishing AlBilad Brokerage business and
building a customer base of (90,000) investors
with asset under management of SR (14) billion.
Majeed Fahad Al-Abduljabbar VP, Business
devel. & Structuring
Majeed has over 12 years of banking experience,
predominantly in different treasury functions
including experience in foreign currency
trading, money markets, portfolio management and
structured products.
Majeed, started his carrier at Saudi British
Bank, as a GDOP (Graduate Development
Program).Thereafter working on the foreign
currency and options desk. He Joined SAMBA
Financial Group in 2004, to manage Samba’s
Interest Rate Structured book.
Majeed’s last position, before joining Arabian
Capital was as head of Structure products
solutions at Saudi British Bank.
Sultan Abdullah Al-Shehri Business devel.
& Structuring
Sultan has almost 8 years of banking and
investments experience. Sultan started his
career with Saudi Investment Bank as an
assistant relationship manager with corporate
banking group. Thereafter, he joined Treasury as
an assistant portfolio manager. His role was to
manage hedge funds, asset backed securities, and
structured credit portfolios.
Sultan joined SAMBA Financial Group as part of
the Structured Credit team within Treasury in
2005. He was responsible for managing emerging
market (EM) portfolios including emerging market
debts, emerging market foreign exchange, and
emerging market derivatives.
Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Modaimeegh, Business
devel. & Structuring
Mohammed had worked for the Saudi British Bank
prior to joining Arabian Securities. Mohammed
has held several positions including: Treasury
Risk Manager, Head of Interest Rate Derivatives
Trading, Senior Investment Manager and Member of
the Investment Committee. Achievements included
structuring and trading the first Islamic
Interest Rate Swap traded worldwide.
Prior to joining Arabian Securities, Mohammed's
responsibilities entailed creating the Saudi
British Banks first proprietary alternative
investment portfolio, managing the fixed income
portfolio, interest rate derivative trading
portfolio, and the SAR currency/swap portfolio.
